Our Sessions
Â
Physiology-based sessions designed to support stress regulation, sleep, and day-to-day functioning.
Calmer, clearer, more capable days.
Small Shifts delivers live, facilitator-led sessions that introduce practical, physiology-first strategies you can use in everyday life.
Across four 45-minute live sessions, you’ll learn to:
-
Breathe more efficiently to support focus and stress regulation
-
Improve posture and reduce unnecessary physical tension
-
Gradually shift your baseline so the nervous system can recover and respond differently over time
We don’t offer quick fixes. Instead, we focus on helping you understand the science behind why these approaches work, building confidence to use the right strategies at the right time and integrate them into daily life.
Ongoing membership access allows you to continue learning through guided audios, additional resources, and practical tools that reinforce skills and support lasting change.
Led by professionals with experience in National Health Service settings, Small Shifts is evidence-informed, science-backed, and designed to fit real lives.
What you’ll get
- Four 45-minute live online sessions, led by a facilitator
- Three months of Small Shifts membership access, including guided audios, learning resources, and practical tools to support day-to-day application
Small Shifts is designed to support change between sessions, not just during them. The live sessions and membership work together to gradually shift how the body responds to everyday demands.
Across the four weeks, the focus is on:
-
Breathing more efficiently to support focus and stress regulation
-
Easing physical tension and supporting more comfortable posture
-
Gradually shifting your baseline so the nervous system can recover and respond differently over time
Live facilitator-led sessions
The live sessions combine clear, accessible explanations of the science behind the work with guided, practical application. The focus is on understanding why strategies work, so you can use them with confidence in everyday situations.
Membership access
Alongside the live sessions, you’ll have three months’ access to the Small Shifts membership. This supports the quieter moments between sessions, offering space to revisit tools, deepen understanding, and build habits at your own pace.
Inside the membership, you’ll find:
-
Session materials, slides, and replays
-
Guided audios and practical tools
-
A clearly organised resource library, making it easy to find what’s useful when you need it
Everything is designed to support small shifts that fit into real life.

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation
"This programme had some of the highest engagement we’ve seen across the Trust. Staff in high-pressure clinical roles made time to learn new skills, and many reported feeling better able to manage stress and stay present during demanding days. By the end, they were recommending the sessions to colleagues and keen to use the techniques with patients and peers."

“This course gave our staff a clear, science-based understanding of how breathwork supports stress regulation and focus. Lucy’s practical demonstrations were easy to use straight away, and the weekly challenges kept people engaged. Staff have already begun sharing the techniques with colleagues and patients.”
