For people who do not currently feel capable of taking on more.
Restore is designed for people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, exhausted, or stretched too thin by the demands of everyday life. When stress, poor sleep, fatigue, and ongoing pressure accumulate, it can become difficult to recover, function effectively, or engage with physical activity.
The programme focuses on helping you better understand stress, recovery, and capacity, while developing practical skills that support regulation, recovery, and everyday functioning.
What problem does it address?
Many people know movement could help them feel better, but don't currently feel capable of taking on more.
Stress, poor sleep, fatigue, physical tension, and ongoing demands can reduce capacity and make even simple activities feel more difficult than they should.
