Make It Easier is designed for people who walk, run, cycle, swim, attend classes, go to the gym, or play sport but find that movement feels harder, more tiring, or more demanding than expected.
The programme focuses on breathing, effort regulation, recovery, and the impact of stress on movement and performance.
