We train Small Shifts Facilitators, people in your team who can share simple breathwork and movement practices, making wellbeing part of everyday work life.

Our six-week Small Shifts Facilitator Training equips people to bring breathwork and movement into the workplace in a safe, simple, and sustainable way.

Each week, participants learn science-backed practices for stress, sleep, focus, and resilience, then build the skills to guide colleagues through short, effective sessions. With guided audios, facilitator notes, and step-by-step resources, it’s easy to share these tools confidently, even without prior experience.

This training is about role-modelling wellbeing, not adding extra workload. Facilitators learn how to set up safe sessions, communicate clearly, and weave wellbeing into the flow of daily work, creating small shifts that add up to healthier teams and stronger workplace cultures.
