Through our six-week Facilitator Training, participants learn simple, science-based tools for stress, sleep, focus, and resilience and how to guide short sessions that fit naturally into the working day.
Each week builds knowledge and confidence, supported by guided audios, facilitator notes, and step-by-step resources. No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to support others.
