Led by NHS breathwork and movement professionals, the approach is simple, accessible, and easy to fit into the day, yet it delivers meaningful results.

Through live sessions and expert guidance, employees learn practical ways to manage stress, move more, and feel more focused and energised.

To keep the momentum going, we train a Breathe & Move Facilitator, someone from your team who can lead short, effective sessions and keep wellbeing alive across the organisation.

We’ll get to know your team, your goals, and your challenges, so we can tailor the approach to fit. Along the way, we gather feedback and measure outcomes, so you can see what’s working and where the impact is happening.

Wellbeing becomes something your whole team shares not just a one-off activity, but part of how you work together, connect, and thrive.

Because when small shifts happen together, the impact is anything but small.
