Each week introduces science-backed tools used by athletes, the military, and high performers, all adapted for real working lives. Weekly challenges and ongoing support help turn these tools into everyday habits that last.

By the end of the series, your team will have practical strategies to manage stress, sleep better, focus more deeply, and move in ways that support long-term wellbeing, both individually and together.
